C2C‑CoreView is designed to adapt to the way you work. Dashboards, reports, and workflows can be shaped around your processes, giving you a system that feels natural instead of forced. This flexibility means you stay in control, with a CRM that supports your goals and scales as your business grows.
For your current needs, we’d start with client management, quotes & invoicing, and payment tracking. I’d also suggest adding an expense report to track business expenses, so you can quickly view income vs. expenses.
Then later, we can add advanced reporting, sales tracking, and electronic forms — scaling the system as your workload grows.

Microsoft Requirements. Firstly, it’s important to know that the CRM is built in Microsoft Access. You don’t need the full Microsoft suite — the system runs with a user‑friendly front end. If you already have Office installed, you’ll be able to use it without extra subscriptions.

If you do not have Access on your Desktop/Laptop, it’s not a big hurdle.
You can download a free version called Microsoft Access Runtime, which lets you open and use Access applications without Office. Runtime doesn’t let you create or modify databases — it’s meant for running systems that have already been built. I’ll still be the one to develop any new add‑on features you might need going forward.

The CRM keeps all your financial records organized and easy to access. Reports can be downloaded to Excel or CSV files. This makes preparing for tax season simpler, with clear reports you can share with your accountant. For example, my accountant only needs my bank statements plus two reports: invoices and expenses.
We can build a basic CoA for you to use in your small business, along with an Asset regester to keep track of your Business Assets.

The system is designed to be intuitive, even for non‑technical users.
If you can fill in a form and click a button, you can operate your CRM system.
The front‑end screens are designed to look like forms. You simply capture the data, click buttons to save your work, or use drop‑downs designed so you do not have to retype repetitive fields. The CRM stores your work in a back-end database and pulls information from the back‑end into your templates (quotes or invoices). From there, you can print, reprint, email PDFs, or save them to a folder on your laptop. It really is that easy.

We believe in service; this is why we personally assist you with the setup and onboarding, and you’ll also receive a free 1‑hour monthly support call to answer questions and guide you through new features. All your information is stored locally on your system — it’s not shared with anyone outside your business.

PLUS for any updates, we assist remotely via MS Teams or Google Meet if we need to make changes to you front-end views.

We understand that it can feel daunting to pay for something you haven’t yet experienced.
That’s why we schedule a demo to walk you through all the features and show you exactly how the system works.
There will be an initial once-off setup and development cost. This charge will be agreed upon before development begins, and any post-launch enhancements will be billed separately. After that, the full cost of the CRM system will be spread over a specific period, structured to suit your budget.
To further support your budget, your first monthly subscription fee only starts from the second month.

If the system is not paid off in full and you do need to cancel, then you have a few options available to you.
You can make a one-off payment for the remainder of the cost for your system, or we can export all your data for you in the Database (at a cost) and revote the use of the system.
